Returns Policy

We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is due to our mistake (for example: you received the wrong item, the item arrived defective, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Timing

Once you hand your package to the return carrier, refunds are typically completed within 2–3 weeks, though many are processed sooner. This timeframe may include:

  • Return transit time: 5–10 business days

  • Return processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive it

  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days

Depending on the carrier and service level, delivery estimates may appear in the shipping quote section during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Some shipping rates are based on package size. If an item ships by size-based rates, the size details will be listed on the product’s detail page.
