Shipping Information
Spike Power Sports works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times can vary based on product availability, warehouse processing time, item size, destination, and carrier service.
Standard Shipping
In-stock items typically ship within 48 hours of receiving the order. Shipping times are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Shipping rates for many items are size-based. Product dimensions and shipping details may be listed on the product detail page.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on product availability, warehouse processing time, destination, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Tracking numbers are sent when available. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order ships in more than one package.
Oversized or Special Shipping
Some items may be oversized, ship in multiple boxes, or require additional handling. If extra shipping charges or special handling apply, our team may contact you before the order ships.
Order Placement & Fitment
Please review product descriptions, fitment notes, photos, and compatibility details before placing your order. If you are unsure whether a product fits your machine, please contact us before ordering.
Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To begin the process, please submit a return request through our online Returns Center.
- Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be returned in new, unopened, undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
- All returns must be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.
- A restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition, situation, or manufacturer policy.
- Special-order, custom, installed, used, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return.
- Return shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility unless Spike Power Sports shipped the incorrect or defective item in error.
- If the return is due to our error, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Refund timing may vary depending on shipping transit time, inspection time, and bank/payment processing time.
How the Return Process Works
You should generally expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly.
